Pros
Paid breaks, lots of PTO, remote work, health benefits are supposed to start day one. But they take a really long time to actually start them which means they'll back date it and you'll have to pay it all at once. I think they dragged their feet on it on purpose. Awesome manager. Can set your own 40 hr schedule within their call center hours
Cons
They assess a $225 amount Monday through Thursday and $170 on Friday. You have to get above that and above your wage salary before you actually start hitting a profit. Of the profit you can get 40% of it if you are getting 100% of your QA scores. They never tell you how much your sales are worth. So you're just working way having no idea how much you're making. They do not prepare you for your QA or train you in what you are supposed to be doing before you hit the phones. So there is no way you're going to really hit bonus until you've had correctional meetings for stuff you didn't know you were or weren't supposed to be doing. I got my score up to 100% And was always in the top third of sales people was getting $40 a week in commission. So it was basically averaging out to $11 an hour. I hated the work. Plus it felt like we were scamming people. These people never submitted their inquiries. They were trying to fill out job applications online. One guy told me that it asked him if he was interested in education benefits for a job he was filling out. I just don't see how anyone makes money with this company. They're continuously hiring. so, that should tell you something
