      There is a flexibility with schedule which helps with work life balance

      Cons

      Company does not have an adequate leadership in place and nobody pays attention to the work that is done and value employees that do contribute. This foster a poor morale .

      EducationDynamics has demonstrated strong leadership throughout the pandemic while maintaining a firm focus on delivering against our goals.

      Cons

      The closures of the offices has limited the opportunities to connect and brainstorm with others. The focus on day to day can limit the emphasis on longer term growth...although this has shifted in the last few years
