Pros

Monthly town hall meetings where leadership discusses numbers, trends, and provides info about different parts of the company. Unlimited PTO. Good communication, good people.

Cons

There were a few surprise layoffs that I don't think were handled well.

Pros

The people who work here are tenured and knowledgeable. Most everyone is kind and welcoming to experienced and non-experienced employees alike.

Cons

Management can get stuck in feedback loops without action. Understaffing results in upper management asking their people to take on more than bandwidth allows resulting in burnout and sour morale.

Pros

Leadership genuinely cares about the people who work for the company. Also, there is a wonderfully open and collaborative energy in many teams. People are willing to lend a hand when needed.

Cons

Operational baselines are not always existent. Work is happening around this but there are lots of different tools being used, differing processes across account teams, and very little formal training at the moment.
