      Pros

      When I started there, it was a very positive atmosphere, young and motivated people. The company culture was what really made the job for me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately senior management changed and things took a turn for the worse. A lot of what I had once loved about working here was gone and a lot of people left.

      Pros

      A few standouts but lots of fake people throwing each other under the bus.

      Cons

      Totally backwards and dysfunctional. Sales team carries company, but regulatory environment is tough and dumb marketing practices make it worse. Lots of smokescreens and finger pointing. Business model shot.

      Pros

      Pay was not bad and benefits were more or less average. A nice location along the river in Hoboken.

      Cons

      The company was suffering from the shrinking of the for-profit education sector. With the hits to Everest and others in the last year I imagine things have only gotten rougher. There had also been a shakeup in leadership leading to a very odd position where the CEO had been replaced by two people who somehow shared power.
