      Strong sense of working together. Goal oriented and looking to improve. Open communication from leadership. Flexibility from leadership.

      Cons

      People all spread through out the country through the pandemic, harder to make connections. Harder to keep the pulse on other divisions of the company, if you are used to a smaller company
