Great, hardworking people in non-management, Poor middle and upper management

The people working in non-management positions are great and so easy to work with.

Cons

Management has no clue what goes on. Chronically understaffed, penny pinches and does not pay marketplace value. Management lies and steals credit from other employees often.

Terrible work life balance They will rip you off on O.T Terrible leadership Will lie about hours and schedule to get you in the door High turnover will hire anyone with a pulse No onsite shop will constantly have broken equipment
