Aside from competitive pay, Edw. C. Levy provides employees with paid learning opportunities and college reimbursement. There is endless room for growth within the company

Many entry positions can be physically demanding and mill service operators work 12 hour shifts

Pros

The people working in non-management positions are great and so easy to work with.

Cons

Management has no clue what goes on. Chronically understaffed, penny pinches and does not pay marketplace value. Management lies and steals credit from other employees often.
