Pros

Employees are respectful to each other.

Cons

Very low per hourly pay. One of the worst in the industry Health Benefits (when measured against similar AUM companies) 401k match maxes out at $500.

flexible, good company to work for, money is decent

Cons

no autonomy, micromanaging, poor training, you get thrown out into production with little knowledge and training on the subject
