Pros

Great onboarding, training, and licencing process. Support to achieve a level of flexibility in setting your own vibe. (within reason) Regional support was very good.

Cons

Financial Market pressure to reduce fees and commissions on traditional accounts, and a push to fee based made getting ahead more difficult. Internal pressure to move smaller accounts off your AUC to newer advisors or online only advisors causes upset in client base as some accounts are shifted multiple times.

As an on call, some standard operating procedures differ from branch to branch so if can be difficult when working at a new office often.
