      Pros

      Great training, support, autonomy, very high income potential. Clear expectations. I’m already making more income than forecasted and I’ve only been here a year. I love working hard to earn bonuses! There is always someone in HQ to promptly answer my questions when I need help but....

      Cons

      Must stay humble enough to ask for help! This job requires emotional endurance, months of classroom training and testing. Initial setback in pay because initial offer is typically 70% of provable income history. This does not include bonuses. Self direction and discipline can be hard when working alone.

      Cons

      Operations is very hard to get out of depending who you are. They don’t have layoffs but they have a way of pushing tenured employees out. The culture has changed tremendously and not for the better. Some divisions aren’t as diverse as others.

      The study team is undeniably good.

      Cons

      They say it's the best training. They put you in a classroom for 1 week and throw sprinkles and rainbows at you. Once you're out knocking on doors it's a different animal and all the support you've felt you have had throughout the whole process is now gone. Will drop you in a heart beat. You're just another number
