      Met a lot of great people that worked their.. Their is potential to move up on your position very quickly . However many reasons why you will not stay there

      Cons

      DO NOT make a mistake..THEY will terminate you very quickly for little reason & make your life hell afterwards getting a job in the same business..Need to work extremely hard beyond what you think..BIG learning curve for most..this place is a CULT & you better drink their cool aide

      Pros

      It was a great company to work for. Even though each office is generally set up for two employees (the BOA and the FA), I felt a lot of camaraderie with other offices and never felt 'alone.' I only left because the FA in my office went independent and I joined him.

      Cons

      The experience is only as good as your relationship with the FA. If s/he likes you and all is good you are all set but it can be a difficult environment if you don't mesh with the other person.

      Pros

      A lot of people in place to help you succeed when starting out. The training to help get your licenses is top notch.

      Cons

      Building a business from knocking on doors is old school and the hardest thing I've ever done. People don't want you at their door in the 21st century.
