      Pros

      Lots of emotional support from people within the region. There is a lot of autonomy if you are able to build a healthy branch office

      Cons

      Be careful of the Goodknight program. I received 10million; 250 accounts. These were all accounts that were handed down multiple times. The clients had small account balances and were not bringing in assets. I wasted a lot of time servicing these accounts. In the end, I felt like the region didn't do what was best for me.

      Pros

      Great company if you fit into their culture. Lots of training and resources.

      Cons

      They tell you it's not for everyone. This is true but it seems like the reasons are ambiguous and it's tough to get a clear idea of expectations. They do not hesitate to let people go without a fair shot.

      Pros

      One of the best support systems I've ever come across which ranges from home office to other branches. They truly make you feel welcomed and like you're part of the family. Great benefits and incentives to not only do better on the job but also incentives to be healthier and lower medical costs.

      Cons

      Over all pay could be higher for all the responsibilities the BOAs incur on a daily basis.
