Pros

The people you work with on a daily basis are a delight Everyone I’ve worked closely with supports each other

Cons

The Enterprise Leadership Group is not equipped to lead the company effectively. Eventually, when you reach higher levels of the company, politics outweigh doing the right work.

Pros

- Great benefits - Flexible work/life balance, especially if you got in when they were still hiring outside of STL - Mixed opportunities to grow

Cons

- After the most recent organization redesign, there was no attempt to skill-match roles or design actual ways of working. New roles/jobs have very little definition. - Mid and Senior-level leaders have no idea how the work is actually done. No common strategic direction. Leaders don't seem to be hired or promoted for experience in their roles. - Leaders are rewarded for their individual contribution, so you are subjected to their whims at any given moment. - So incredibly siloed, it's out of control.
