      Pros

      Great back office support, great team work and mentorship, and strong, long term culture. It's an amazing place to learn Wall Street and the basics of running your own business, as they always provide monthly P&L for your branch.

      Cons

      If you want to make alot of money on Wall Street, this isn't the place for you. Compliance is over-bearing and it's almost as if they don't want you to make alot of mone4y. If you fall anywhere outside the guidelins of compensation, its raises a bright red flag. They don't pay for talent here, they almost limit it.
