Pros

Independence and work-life balance. Reasonable production requirements during bull markets.

Cons

They churn and burn new Financial Advisors. Then distibute your clients to the firms partners. Your production requirements will continue to rise every month even during a market collapse like 2008. If you don't hit the numbers...you're out! Thats tough for a newbie when the market falls by 50% during your four month rolling average production. Also, their Segment Specialists will "help" you with your clients and transfer them out of your office to theirs.
