RUN. Terrible organization. Very disorganized. Very poor management. No one takes accountability. They will gaslight you. All staff have very poor knowledge of the industry.. below industry requirements. A lot of very bad Financial Advisors that are very rude to internal staff and sometimes clients. Very unethical organization. They lack BASIC industry knowledge. They will bully and push blame. No one takes accountability. Most Financial Advisors act like used car sales people with zero basic financial knowledge and bully staff. Most staff have been working at Edward Jones for 10 plus years and still lack the basic knowledge clients pay a lot of money for. They all fake it. Surprisingly, they have clients. Financial Advisors do not care about servicing clients needs. HO is completely disorganized and management doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. They will push a lot of their responsibility on associates and ask them how to do their job. Overworked. You will hate your job servicing this incompetent organization.

-Many changes so quickly from higher up without talking to employees who have "boots on the ground" -If you are an in office BOA, you are reviewed by your advisor. If they have a bad day, chances are you will too. Unequal power balance. -In office admin at mercy of FAs for raises and bonuses. Not fairy when FAs aren't performing. -High medical premiums -Used to give more perks like a ham or turkey around the holidays to admin which has sense been taken away. -FAs get TAP Trips and really nice accommodations for meetings while admins get nothing or cheaper accommodations
