It can be a bit cliquey. I feel fortunate to have the experience im having.

You will mostly be alone in your branch. You cant just walk over to another cubical and ask for help. This is your island to own. Should any issues come up, any at all, you will be the first line of defense. You need to be prepared for that. >No real chance to grow in your career unless you want to become an FA or drive out to Missouri. >Ultimately, your experience will ultimately be determined by who your FA is. Really, really, really try to understand your FA (your potential new boss) during those initial interviews before you commit to this role. You and your FA will be the only employees in the branch most of the time. Is this someone you yourself want to collaborate and grow with for 5-6 days a week? Think about it very carefully.
