Good discounts on golf merchandise. Scheduling. First to see new golf equipment.

Cons

Now owned by a corporation - Worldwide Golf - and they do not care about supporting employees or having our backs if a customer makes baseless complaint. Company insurance and benefits are terrible. No longer a family-feel. Our store needed a major overhaul - building was old and several things/areas were in in poor condition or broken. They kept promising a renovation but it will likely not happen because all they are concerned about it making a profit.

Very Good Work but Takes alot of time and weekends away

Great deal son golf clubs and equipment especially if your stuff is not up to date and they give decent promotions within. Good commission rates and they are willing to teach you more about how to make more money.

Cons

Long Hours and you have to work on weekends
