If business goes down even slightly, mass layoffs can be expected. If a business idea doesnt go quite as hoped, layoffs can be expected. Sean doesnt like being challenged. Its a command and control structure.
Great company, interesting product, a management team that actually cares and likes results but doesn’t micromanage. There’s a ton of support for career growth and the culture is very relaxed. I’m constantly telling my family how lucky I am to be apart of this company.
