This company is privately owned and the owner and Senior Management are very involved in the decisions being made. This company does better than the popular "open door," policy, it actually gets involved to help with all aspects of the business. They also care about the success and growth of the employees and will guide you in your career path.

Cons

As with every company, there will always be some cons, but there aren't any here that would be detrimental to anyone's success.
