Motivate, supportive and always looking to to improve. There is opportunities to move up, if you can survive. Good Christmas party!

Cons

They tend to want to beat the square pegs into the round holes. As they are growing larger, they are making adjustment to adjust, but they have a hard time acknowledging their missteps and correcting.

Don't believe what they say and don't expect a permanent position cuz they don't happen.

Job is easy for what's paid.

Cons

They aren't honest. They'll tell you if you work hard you might get hired past seasonal when those positions are already full. They say they'll call you back after they let you go but they don't.
