I got to be around and understand the processes of how microchips were made, and challenge myself to solve problems and manage time. I also worked with some great people who made me want to stay despite deteriorating quality of life conditions while being employed there.

Cons

Highly competitive environment, very physically demanding work, walking on steel floors, long days with 12 hour shifts, little room for advancement or opportunities, underpaid and understaffed, difficult management
