Pros
Pay is great for professionals who are starting out. Hence why you see so many young faces within the company. Also experience building if you are given enough supportive mentorship.
Cons
There is nothing wrong with a company wanting to be successful and more money is due to the executives who put the most into the company. Although while working at Effex, it is clear that it's employees are its lowest priority. The corporate HR office defeats its purpose as it offers more harm than help when it comes to company culture and reasonable Covid policies.
