Pros

Most of the team was great and easy to work with. Alot of work which was great because job security. The CEO was great. He would always stop by the office and interact with the corporate employees. He seemed to really care for his employees.

Cons

Benefits package was not great; paid alot compared to other companies I've worked for. HR Manager created a bad working environment; always on edge and micromanaging all of the HR team.
