I have been working at effone full-time for more than 12 years. I started as a trainee on 2007, currently leading mobile development team. Nice projects, Flexible timings, Management support and Manger driven environment.

Cons

You can’t grow more than technical leader/ manager, so best fit for mid level

worked for 5 years a) Good mentoring and encouraging colleagues. b) Flexible usage of technologies, experimenting with every new technology in market. c) Not much hierarchy, which has helped in more concentration on work.

Cons

a) Provide better transportation facilities. b) Add some tools to track software activities.
