Not Actually if habituated to Efftronics Culture

No Flexible timing. Even a single minute late also considered LOP Management dreaming that they are working new technologies but using same old hammer. Old Project dying, new projects are moving. No innovation. No senior engineers in R&D, all are less than 2 years Experience. No new projects. 3 year Bond and won't get full salary upto first 2 years. End up doing non technical works more than actual work. Some M3s are so obedient to CEO and his son. far away from Corporate culture Dress code for R&D people also with worst colour combination. Huge politics, No freedom to employee. you will be monitored in every aspect. It is like strict college, You should not move head or talk with others during work hours. HR rules are damn disgusting. No Personal ethics No growth in company from 30 years.
