      Pros

      Egen has a dynamic and a fast paced startup environment, you will be exposed to a lot of new technology and will have to work hard from day 1 itself. It's not like other normal consultancies or staffing firms. It's a lot like a Startup and it works with other unicorns in the Chicago area. Some of the employees I met during my tenure here were immensely smart and talented.

      Cons

      Since I was here for only 3 months, I cannot think of any con, the only problem is that they don't have a lot of outreach amongst the university community but this is slowly changing.
