Pros
- Egen is a small company, similar to a mid-sized startup, because of which you get to work on a lot of cutting edge technologies. - The work ethic here is very high, everyone puts in their 100 % - There are tech trainings every few months giving everyone the opportunity to learn new technologies that are not currently being used in the company yet. For example, we had a couple of months of training on Machine learning, Scala and recently AWS administration. - You'll get unlimited PTO, which is awesome ! - Other perks include, Friday happy hours, having some good food/drinks playing group games and just chilling.
Cons
- Since the company is in the suburbs, it's kind of hard to find the city life perks.
