      Egen offers a startup-like environment with a strong emphasis on learning and growth. As a software engineer, I had the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute meaningfully to the team. The culture encourages initiative and innovation, and you're surrounded by technically strong, motivated coworkers. Higher management is approachable, supportive, and focused on both individual and company success.

      Cons

      While the company culture is positive overall, there's a noticeable lack of diversity in the workforce. Broadening diversity in backgrounds and perspectives would make the environment even more dynamic and inclusive.

      Good place with decent work life balance

      Pros

      The New India Lead is a very decent and knowledgeable person with many other positive qualities. The HR team is very supportive, and we get good goodies during festivals :) Frequent get-together activities and no micromanagement to come to the office without any reason.

      Cons

      The parental insurance coverage is just 3L, which is very low, even though it is a paid option.
