      I have worked at Egen for around 2 years and I can assure that it is an employee friendly organisation with a flat structure. You can anytime go and talk to the management to resolve your issues in case they are not attended by your supervisors/managers at the first place. The best organisation to work with in terms of job security.

      No cons at all everthing is perfect here
