      To be frank there weren't any pros for this company.

      Cons

      Firstly, if you are join the company, they wont even let you take a good look at the offer letter which they give to on your first day. - The managers at this place literally stalk you on Linkedin and see what you are up to and take hour long sessions to not to talk to employees who left the company (Which happens very often). - They don't pay you your FnF. You have literally keep calling the HR every day just to get that and they make heavy deduction in your FnF too. - They won't even give you your experience certificate. This is the case with most of the employee who left this LALA company. So if you care about your career, don't join this LALA Company.

      - Little micromanagement - Wide breadth of Projects

      Cons

      - Leadership lacks the skills and desire to see this company grow effectively. - Leadership would rather sign flashy deals that delivery cannot effectively deliver on. Then when the project goes up in flames they look to blame the delivery lead. - Lack of effective resources. They use an offshore model with over 65% of their delivery resources being in India with an onshore project lead. Combine impossible to deliver on projects with resources that dont speak English very well and you get a disaster.
