1)Great environment if you working in in-house project 2)Management is keep pushing you to learn new technology or do cloud certification which will be great for your career. 3)Bi-weekly EGEN team meeting are innovative && inspire to do more in your career rather than just focusing on work. 4) competitive salary compare to other big company 5) Flexible working hours. All they care is about client && things getting done rather than just strict working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm working hrs. 6)PTO policy are best 7) Egen is growing really well from last year.

->Nothing till now as of now for in house project. -> Egen has fantastic in-house development team. They could focus on their creating their own product rather than just client

Been with the company for more than 2 years now. The complex problems they are solving in retail and healthcare, tremendous work. One of the Fastest Growing companies in Chicago Land area. Love learning new technologies here.

Cons

They want you to start immediately as Hired (2 weeks), management has to understand the pain in relocating immediately.
