1. Challenging projects to work on. 2. As a fresher you get an opportunity to learn new things. 3. HR and management is very friendly and support you in all cases. 4. Management provides/create lot of opportunity to learn new things and showcase your acheivements, like tech talks, attending conferences etc. 5. Management will provide great support for your work and freedom to suggest new frameworks and integrate them accordingly. 6. You will get to work with lot of smart people. 7. Lot of fun activities too.

1. Sometimes you will feel the pressure, but that you will see in most companies, so all good.

Very Flexible work hours and very supportive towards employees . Its an employee focused company which is very hard to find these days. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and technologies.

Cons

Stared working on Data Science engine, had to get used to it with out much help in beginning.

They expect more work and always micro manage their employees. This company is a total chaos where management don't have strategies for product, they over stress employees to work on things that they aren't paid for.
