      Pros

      Egen offers one of the best work cultures I’ve experienced. The free gym, great food options, and overall employee-first environment make day-to-day work enjoyable. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely supportive, which creates a strong sense of trust. The learning curve is excellent, and the team encourages growth and innovation.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing significant as of now. Processes are continuously improving, and the company is very open to feedback, so any minor issues get addressed quickly.
