      Pros

      1. You get to work on some of the latest and popular web technologies in use, for the end client. 2. The company has a culture that encourages learning and growing as a developer. There is definitely some competition between the different teams in delivering something innovative every release. 3. The work environment and the company culture itself is pretty lax. For the most part, the upper management does not try to micro manage your day to day activities. You get free reign in your work, as long as something of value is delivered. 4. Free food/drinks every Friday!

      Cons

      1. There is no 401K. 2. The company does not have any policies around days off and vacation time. Such HR policies are all up in the air. 3. There is pretty much no diversity in the work force.
