      Pros

      1. Excellent Training 2. Good Technology Stack Coverage 3. Extremely knowledgeable trainers 4. No surprises as everything is told beforehand. They're quite honest about what they can and are willing to do. Enter marketing phase, aggressive would so be an understatement. I couldn't keep track of all the calls I received. Getting well versed with all the training material can land you a project in no time. I got a project exactly after a week of my marketing. If you follow their guidelines and I don't see a reason for anyone to be without a project for long.

      Cons

      Nothing as of yet. But if only there were projects that could be long term. I might be wrong but just an element of thought I reckon.

      Pros

      1) Good training with latest UI technologies and frameworks. If you are passionate about front-end jobs you will definitely be satisfied with the project you land. 2) Very straightforward. You be honest with them you can expect them to be honest with you. 3) Aggressive marketing team. Understanding and student-friendly Recruitment team. Be honest..it pays off! 4) Every other person is not hired. A basic and reasonable knowledge of Java/C++ and some front-end is required which makes the talent pool better than the other mediocre consultant firms.

      Cons

      The marketing team is so aggressive that you will receive a ton of calls which is almost impossible to keep track of. Not really a con but it does get annoying when your phone is always buzzing. But be sure to return the calls, that's how you land a project.

I got the opportunity to work with experienced team members who are friendly, and always willing to help. I had a very positive experience working with Nikhil here, and I would recommend my colleagues to this company. • Very good professional people around • Easy to find new prospects with company • Helpful management team • Good Mentors • Learning Environment
