Perks: While fewer visible perks compared to other companies, some benefits help reduce taxable income, which is a plus. (WFH) Flexibility: WFH is quite flexible, especially for those living outside Hyderabad, though this can depend on your manager. HR Team: The HR team is highly supportive, available to assist with any issues promptly and effectively. Work Culture: The office culture is excellent, with no micromanagement. There’s freedom in managing your work, and HR organizes regular fun activities, sports tournaments, and social events. Colleagues are generally friendly and collaborative.

Cons

- The attrition rate has been increasing recently. - A slight decrease in the hike percentage, likely due to the merger. - The pay range can be better

My first month at Egen has been nothing short of incredible. The team is welcoming, and there's a strong culture of collaboration and support that made my transition smooth and enjoyable. Egen also provides a fantastic environment for growth, with plenty of opportunities to work on challenging projects.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks during my time here. Everything has been great.
