Pros
Worked in EGen for more than 4 years and it was a very good experience as I learned a lot in my tenure. In-house experience was really good! EGen helped me by introducing many new technologies and tools. We used to have a lot of hackathons, Friday tech talks, and many group discussions. Engineers in the company are really talented and it's always a good learning experience even when we just do dev talk and share the experience. CEO is very encouraging and tries to provide whatever you need to improve and grow. Feels a bit safer if you are an immigrant since the company takes care of you pretty good.
Cons
I feel there is a need for more opportunity in the marketing side and still more involvement and more 1 on 1s with the engineers who are working as consultants.
