Pros
Most of the employees are very nice, hardworking people. Work-life balance is excellent. Lots of empty space in the office, due to the fact that so many people have quit or been laid off.
Cons
Product is a solution in search of a problem, which means virtually non-existent revenue. No prospect of raises, ever. Engineering practices that were out of date twenty years ago. Senior management that has a fifteen year track record of complete failure, yet still believe they can do no wrong.
