      Pros

      Egnyte has a great people culture. Mostly good people to work with and my team is super supportive . 2 free lunches/week when we had them and pretty good health and dental benefits.

      Cons

      Would love the weekly lunches again. Improved training and onboarding for sales team to help us better succeed in our role and support in meeting monthly quotas.

      Bagel Fridays and 2 free lunches

      Cons

      Management is terrible, you think the last CFO was bad the new one is much worse. New CFO had no consideration for the employees and belittles everyone, literally. Over works employees and can care less for the pandemic we are going through and the toll its taking on the employees. The CEO is even worse and can also care less for his employees, he openly promotes a toxic management culture. CEO treats employees like cattle, you are better off somewhere else. This is a poor example of what tech is for the bay area.
