Amazing solution Great culture Supportive team Structured training programme Realistic targets New offices with free beer!! Team lunches

Cons

Nothing at all! Egnyte have invested heavily into the UK office with a new team brought in from head office in silicon valley. They know the solution better than anyone and have brought a new welcomed energy to the team.

Egnyte is a great company to work for because the product is amazing and you're surrounded by lots of smart, helpful, nice and fun people. You also get Eat Club 2x a week, Bagel Fridays and they're incorporating new fun events like National Pizza Day, Volunteering, cool Team events.

Cons

Sometimes communication isn't the best, Some leaders aren't as recognized as they should
