      Pros

      - Casual dress and environment - Free lunches twice a week - Great product that we're selling - Great and knowledgeable team - Flexible time off schedule - Very collaborative, most everyone in office willing to help each other

      Cons

      - High turnover - Constantly increasing quota; goals are a moving target - Bureaucratic nightmare if you have a question that no one in the remote office can answer

      Pros

      Super friendly coworkers. Supportive managers. Open door policy. Collaborative sales floor. Good sense of team. Promote from within is awesome.

      Cons

      Higher than normal turnover that can make some worry. Needs to be more of a focus on holding onto and fighting for your best people.

      Pros

      Not a lot of cutthroat competition within sales teams, great ability to work with each other.

      Cons

      Way too much turnover. CEO likes to talk big, but the reality is that this is a very small player in the File-sharing market. CEO always stated his purpose for going public is to help all of his employees, however hard to understand this as he readily lays off or fires staff quite often. Way to much turnover across all departments mostly because executives either can't achieve revenue goals or they want to change directions too much.
