Pros

Very people oriented place to work. If you want to work on smth or switch teams you are usually allowed to. I personally switched 3 projects within Egnyte and gained a ton of experience. Whenever there is new hot tech out we try to use it (if relevant obviously).

Cons

Getting a bit corporate compared to 5 years ago, but still keeps human face :)
