      Great people & company culture

      Pros

      One of the biggest positives for me was the great people and company culture. Unlike bigger companies, it's easy to get to know coworkers from different departments. They do a great job in hosting events and welcoming all people of different backgrounds. It was awesome to work on a diverse amount of projects and ship it to end users. If you're experienced, like a challenge, and want to make an impact, Egnyte is a great opportunity for that.

      The company is growing rapidly and they should invest in hiring in other departments.

      Pros

      The company has a great culture and a wonderful group of people to work with while our company is growing at such a fast rate and scaling. Plus, the product is pretty fantastic compared to others like Box and Dropbox. We just need better brand awareness. Plus, we finally have an HR team that really takes care of the staff and they help create an excellent team environment. Egnyte is a great place to work for and there's a lot of different age groups and diversity, and there's a lot of great snacks and great benefits.

      Pros

      Direct Management was good and would work for them again.

      Cons

      ELT was not good. They looked past me for a promotion because of my gender and that was told to me direct from the CRO. They also moved deals around to make sure people were paid incorrectly.
