Pros

People are genuinely happy to help. If you reach out and ask a question, employees will help you find an answer. Many long-term employees are still working at the company and happy to be here. The product is very well managed and is well received by the market.

High turnover of sales managers and account executives so Sales Engineers are relied on heavily throughout sales deals and AE enablement.
