      1. Egnyte India is growing at a very good pace and it is always good to grow with a growing company. 2. The management and leaders are very approachable, supportive and have a clear vision and practice fiscal prudence which has helped the company stay strong in all times. 3. Great work quality, liberty, flexibility, remote setup yet ample opportunities to collaborate in person, great benefits and work culture.

      Pros

      The backbone of the company is employees and the culture was incredible. The people of the Spokane office really welcome everyone that walks through the doors. The product also sells itself, it's a great product and can really help companies both large and small.

      Cons

      The pay was not up to industry standard and had to rely on finding a second source of income.
