Pros

Love the culture and the team. Great experience in the office. Bosses were very supportive and celebrated wins and I felt like did a great job of understanding losses and learning from them.

Cons

In my role, we were very limited with our number of accounts. A lot of the accounts were getting moved to new business folks which never made much sense to me. They also keep hiring account managers and taking accounts away which limits earning potential.

Pros

-Company is growing so there are many opportunities -Understands a work-life balance -This is a place I call home, alot of employees have been here for a long time and this helps with building rapport and create pathways to success and long term goals -Company provides regular communication with new ideas and where the company is heading -Product is excellent! -Suburb Leadership!

Cons

-No company is perfect, I learned that anywhere you go there are pros and cons, you have to make what works for you and not your colleagues.

Fantastic product, customer love and clear differentiation in the market. Very supportive executive leadership and ability to bring resources in as needed to support pre-sales cycles

Cons

Frustrating moments with cross functional processes and overall growing pains with sales/revenue reporting/data exercises can impede focusing on cycle execution
