WFH, health benefits, "time off", a paycheck

Cons

Isolation, lack of support, when you take time off there's no respect and people will still contact you, low pay, long hours, arbitrary unreasonable deadlines, arbitrary last minute sales requests, yelling/intense leadership, hostile work environment, and a constant fear of being laid off.

Pros

Very competitive product set. The corporate culture is very startup-ish and there is a very positive vibe. Executives are approachable and the environment is very non-hierarchical. I've seen many promotions since I have been here, so internal growth opportunities exist.
