      Pros

      I’ve been employed by Eichenlaub for the last 12 years and I found to be a fantastic place to work. Communication is always paramount and everybody seems to get along really well. I’ve always been happy with the pay scale and the camaraderie that we all share. We all have our roles and stick to our roles which is always allows for a relatively smooth work process.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to say about the company.

      A really excellent environment to be in! A very "can do" team atmosphere. Management is very willing to invest in their people and it shows.

      Absolutely nothing positive to say

      Jobs/ plans are poorly laid out or non existent. Equipment is old and run down or dangerous to operate. Management micro manages every thing you do. Covid 19 response is comical borderline illegal. No room for advancement. Poor pay/ questionable overtime/ pto practices
