Pros

Almost everyone is very friendly and supportive. Everyone is willing to help each other and wants to see others succeed. Experienced staff, managers, and partners do a good job training and welcoming new staff. You also will get a wide range of experience working in industries you like.

Cons

This is a very knit-picky con, but the Firm pushes flexibility quite a lot. However, as Covid spread has slowed down, some of that flexibility of working from home/outside of 8-5 hours has been reduced.
